What is reliability intelligence?

Reliability intelligence is the continuous diagnosis of what's actually developing on every bus in your fleet, so your team acts on the real condition of each vehicle instead of a fixed service schedule. Stratio reads conditions directly off the vehicle, identifies faults as they emerge, recommends the maintenance action, and then confirms whether the repair actually worked.

How is Stratio different from telematics?

OEM and generic telematics systems show useful signals, but they usually stop at visibility. They may tell you where a bus is, which alert has fired, or what a single manufacturer's system can see on its own vehicles. Stratio sits on the operator side, across mixed brands and powertrains, and connects those signals with maintenance context and bus-specific failure patterns. The result is a diagnosis your team can act on: what is developing, which vehicle is affected, what action to prioritize, and whether the fix worked.

What data does Stratio use, and do we have to install new hardware?

Stratio reads the signals the bus already produces, including the non-standardised CAN signals that generic telematics ignores. The exact signals available differ from one bus to the next depending on its sensors, so we map the coverage for your specific fleet.

Will Stratio work with the maintenance system we already run?

Yes. Stratio has two-way integrations with Freeway, Maximo and Hexagon, and it can be integrated with other systems where needed. Your CMMS holds the work order that was planned; Stratio adds what the vehicle's condition says actually needs doing, and feeds that into the workflow your team already uses.

How is pricing determined?

Every deployment is tailored to your fleet. Pricing is based on factors including operational requirements, integration needs, and deployment scope.

Will Stratio work with our existing systems?

Yes. Stratio integrates with CMMS and EAM platforms including Freeway Fleet Systems, IBM Maximo, and Octave Attune (formerly known asHexagon EAM). Your existing maintenance systems remain the system of record while Stratio adds diagnostic intelligence and condition reports.
