Is a hard worker – hard work is the basis for everything worthwhile in life – and pushes him/herself and the team forward;

Shows true commitment – there is no hard work without commitment – to achieve business/customer goals and needs;

Can be trusted – once he / she says “I’ll do it”, or is attributed something, does not require further and regular check ups, so those problems can be out of other people’s minds immediately;

Group before the department or the individual – always thinks in Stratio’s best interest first;

Is a problem solver and a self learner – Brings out problems and also potential solutions (options) to mitigate / solve them;

🙌 Our Team

Our team has dedicated professionals from Hardware, Embedded Systems, Software Development to Research professionals on Data Science and Automotive Experts. 

Here’s a sneak peak of what our technical teams do:

🔌Hardware and Embedded Systems Team – responsible for the implementation of our hardware and firmware architectures, ensuring the performance and integrity of our products.

💻Software Team – our software team is divided in tree teams, one dedicated to software development, one dedicated to infrastructure, quality assurance and data engineering, and one focused on mobile development.

📊 Research Team – they research, develop and implement algorithms for predictive maintenance, and produce findings on our data that support features all across our products.

🚚 Vehicle Integration Team – team dedicated to ensuring the compatibility of our products with all relevant vehicles and the installation, and training for the installation of our products.

Product Team – we have dedicated product owners and product designers which support the implementation of our product roadmap.

📞 Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Customer Onboarding Teams – because we’re a customer-obsessed company, we believe in a strong and united workforce to support our customers. 

💜 HR- a good internal service for a motivated team is one of our goals, so we have developed a people strategy to achieve it and maintain it. 

💹Finance Team – besides all internal support, our Finance team also assures proper financial follow ups with our clients.

 

Our team structure will change from time to time as we adapt quickly to challenges, so this structure can become outdated pretty fast.

💻 What you can expect from a Recruitment process with us

⭐Our main goal with a recruitment process is to get to know if you’re a match to the job role, to the team we’re hiring for, and if you meet our Manifesto

💬To do that we can invite you to some moments in which you’ll meet a member of our HR team, a member of the team we’re hiring for, and one of our founders. These moments will also involve some technical validation. Don’t stress about it – if you read our Manifesto and you relate to it, just be honest and transparent. 🙌

🙋Don’t worry, in the beginning of the process we’ll detail all involved steps and expected time you’ll need to allocate to them. If not, or if you feel some relevant info is missing, don’t be shy and ask away – we strongly believe that the relationship and rapport is built from day one, and day one is when you apply to us or we reach out to you. Let’s make it count. 

⌛If you’re not selected, we’ll give you feedback, and if we believe you can still be a good match in future, we’ll ask if we can keep in touch with you and keep your contact details for further reference. We’ll also be available to discuss any questions about the process with you and try to provide you some constructive feedback for the future.

💪In case we end the process and you’re selected, please know this – we selected you because we believe that you’re the best fit to meet our needs and goals. We’ll build a proposal based on the information from you we got from the process, and also consider external and internal benchmarks so it can be competitive and fair. We will not negotiate compensation packages out of what we believe is fair to you and to our team. Our focus is on providing our team an interesting project and relevant day-to-day challenges, not on superficial and frugal perks. 

💙If you accept, we’ll prepare a structured functional onboarding to introduce you to the team, and to the role, which can last one to two weeks – nonetheless, we expect added value from day one.
